Data Choices

You can request changes to personal information associated with Glottie by contacting us. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Available requests

• Access a copy of personal information associated with your account.
• Correct account settings or support-language preferences.
• Delete personal tutor memories, learning profile information, or your account, subject to legal and security retention rules.
• Ask questions about app privacy labels or App Store data practices.

How to make a request

Email privacy@glottie.app with the subject “Glottie data request.” Include the email address or Apple account context you use for support, the request type, and any details that help us locate your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting Glottie account data does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
